岗位职责：
1. Process sustaining to ensure smooth production with good quality control, including documentation update, line abnormal handling: data collection and root cause investigation. etc
产线维护以确保产线以高品质平稳运营，包括文件更新，异常处理，数据收集以及调查等
2. Support engineer for process continuously improvement on yield, quality, productivity. Etc.
帮助工程师对工序的良率，品质，生产效率等做持续改善
3. Support engineer for recipe set up and AI build data collection.
支持工程师建立程序以及数据收集
4. DOE support on data collection, analysis, and summary.
实验数据收集，分析以及整理
5. Handle lower challenge CIP projects individually.
独立的处理一些挑战较小的持续改善项目。

岗位要求：
1. College or above Degree in engineering.
理工类大专以上学历。
2. Minimum 6 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of Assy backend equipment.
6年以上半导体行业工艺技术员工作经验
3. Familiarity with back-end process operations and equipment, such as AOI STI, Laser mark, ink mark, Packing, Cosmetic Marking, Label, Welding. Experience in marking, packing and labeling is preferred.
熟悉后道工序的机台以及操作. ***是做过打印，包装，标签站别。
4. Good teamwork and communication skills.
具备良好的团队合作能力和沟通技巧。
5.Familiar with office software: Microsoft Word/excel/ Power point
