岗位职责: Job Responsibilities: 工作职责: 1. Carry out daily project communication with domestic and foreign clients, and pass client requirements to project inspectors. 与国内外用户进行日常项目沟通,把用户要求传递给项目检验人员。 2. Arrange project inspectors to conduct on-site inspection according to client requirements, submit inspection reports, establish communication channels between clients, on-site inspectors and factories, and do a good job in project coordination and project document management. 安排项目检验人员按照用户要求进行现场检验,提交检验报告,建立起用户、现场检验人员和工厂之间的沟通渠道,做好项目的协调和项目文档管理工作。 3. Every month according to the monthly workload statistics, project billing, collection, payment statistics. 每月按当月统计工作量,进行项目开票、收款、付款统计工作。 4. Report the project implementation to the department manager, and assist the department manager to complete other project coordination work. 向部门经理汇报项目执行情况,并协助部门经理完成其它的有关项目协调工作。 任职要求: Qualifications & Abilities: 资格与能力: 1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably related industry and inspection industry background and experience, with good English communication skills. 大学本科及以上学历,***有相关工业行业和检验行业背景和经验,具有良好的英文沟通交流能力。 2. Fresh graduates with major in English or Mechanical Engineering are accepted. 英语或机械相关专业应届毕业生可投递。 Personal qualities: 个人品质: Flexible, careful, patient, well-organized, good team work and communication skills. 灵活,仔细,耐心,条理清晰,良好的团队合作和协调沟通能力。
