Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing and optimizing manufacturing process flows to enhance production efficiency and quality. Analyze and resolve process issues during production, providing improvement suggestions. Support the introduction and validation of new processes and equipment to ensure smooth implementation. Prepare technical documentation related to processes, such as work instructions, process flow diagrams, and process parameters. Participate in cross-functional project teams, providing technical support and problem-solving assistance. Assist in process trials and data analysis, forming trial reports. Contribute to the establishment and optimization of process standards and guidelines.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Knowledge of engineering principles and understanding of manufacturing process flows and common equipment. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of working effectively within a team. Eagerness to learn new knowledge and skills, able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in English with basic reading, writing, and speaking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Internship or project experience in the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques and management methods, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma. Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Excel, MATLAB.
