Job Description:
The data entry assistant will be responsible for inputting & uploading data such as sales orders, purchase orders, and stock management into the CTRM system. Additionally, this role better to be familiar business processes related to international trading company. The ideal candidate will be able to create deal data in the system according to business processes and have a basic understanding of CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management).

Responsibilities:
61 Input data including sales orders, purchase orders, and stock management into the CTRM system accurately and efficiently.
61 Understand and follow business processes for the bulk commodities trading, such as coal, iron ore and etc.
61 Create deal data in the CTRM system according to business processes and ensure data integrity.
61 Collaborate with business team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies in data entry.
61 Provide support to the team as needed and assist with data inputting.
61 Preference is candidate have the basic understanding with the CTRM system
61 Should follow up the other tasks according to the line manager assignment

Qualifications:
61 Equivalent work experience in trading business, commodity trading is priority
61 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
61 Ability to understand and follow complex business processes.
61 Basic understanding of CTRM preferred.
61 Strong organizational and time management skills.
61 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
61 English writing and reading are must
