Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to business development strategy aligned with the corporate strategy, draft and execute action plans accordingly. 2. Identify and evaluate potential licensing, co-development and strategic partnering opportunities worldwide. 3. Develop a strong working relationship with the internal team and external resources to quickly triage and evaluate new opportunities, and develop solid business case to support the proposals and gain senior management buy-in. 4. Structure, negotiate and finalize transactions, and hands-on alliance management throughout the duration of the collaboration on a needed basis. 5. Build and leverage strong networks with key biotech and pharma partners worldwide.
Qualification: 1. Advanced degree in life science/medicine related field is preferred 2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 3. Experience in the consulting agency or overseas experience is required 5. Extensive network in the pharmaceutical industry desired. 6. Fluent in Mandarin and English
