61 Lead a project team to deliver SIP PSTN services into HSBC 61 Work alongside HSBC’s carrier partners to migrate from traditional PSTN (TDM) to SIP based services 61 Analyse and evaluate DDI/DID usage to estimate network bandwidth requirements 61 Liaise with Telco carrier and HSBC teams to build technical project plan and track through completion 61 Plan change in accordance with HSBC Change management standards 61 Hold regular calls to drive progress, identify risks and dependencies etc 61 Work with business and technology stakeholders to deliver robust, efficient solutions that are cost optimal and highly resilient 61 Ensure business and technology stakeholders are regularly updated on progress Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 61 Fluent in English Language (Verbal and Written) 61 Strong experience in IT projects delivery 61 Experience in Unified Communication technologies 61 Experience of delivering carrier based SIP PSTN services into large organisations 61 Experience of working with global/regional voice carriers 61 Educated to degree level in a field relevant to the role 61 Experience of working in a large global environment 61 Experience in Audit, Risk and Compliance
