Objectives: 61 Develop business plan and sales strategy for the regional market that ensures attainment of company sales goals. 61 Responsible for managing and growing existing territory sales to meet or exceed annual sales targets and company requirements 61 Build and maintain effective internal and external (customer) networks in order to support the achievement of the Region's sales objectives, 61 Identify and make contact with senior level procurement personnel within end users. 61 Responsible for the effective promotion of assigned products. Promote the image of Trillium Flow Technologies TM to ensure that the TFT is recognized as a major player within the valve industry with the capability, capacity and co-ordination to compete against other international valve manufactures 61 Continuously evaluate effectiveness of distribution network. 61 Submit accurate expense reports on a monthly basis. 61 Produce and review Annually/Quarterly business plans encompassing all strategies pertinent to territory sales growth. 61 Assist leader to prepare annual order intake budgets for valve products. 61 Other tasks assigned by manager. Education and/or Experience: 61 Bachelor’s degree in technical background on mechanical, fluid control, etc; 61 At least 5 years selling working experience in related valve industry 61 Owns experience on valve application is a plus 61 Willing to work independently for any given tasks and taking responsibility for solving problems, clients requirements is essential for the best interests of company. 61 Ability to organize, self-motivated and excellent customer relationship skills. 61 Own strategic views of market trend 61 Strong initiatives and self-motivation. Language Skills: 61 Good oral and written communication in both Chinese and English.
