Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping. Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents. 2. Human Relations: Foster a positive working environment for the three-person team. Support HR-related tasks such as employee records maintenance and leave management. 3. Communication Management: Ensure timely and clear communication between the Shanghai office and the Singapore marketing office and Batam plant site. 4. Customer & Supplier Correspondence: Manage correspondence with Chinese customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates. Coordinate with spare parts suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods. 5. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all office activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
