How You’ll Make an Impact
61 Conduct supplier qualification by performing supplier capability analysis and risk assessment.
61 Manage the qualification of suppliers for New Engine and Services components, with a specific focus on large steel fabrication and heavy machining.
61 Implement and coordinate supplier quality improvement measures to ensure world-class performance.
61 Plan and complete Supplier Quality Assurance measures throughout the supplier lifecycle to ensure supply chain resiliency.
61 Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures for supplier quality issues.
61 Apply risk management methodologies to proactively prevent quality issues within the supply base.
61 Contribute to product development by ensuring the manufacturability and source-ability of new or revised components, providing technical evaluations of design changes.
61 Highlight opportunities for innovation and improvement, both at the supplier level using standard methodologies and technical developments, and internally through process optimization and digitalization.
61 Actively support procurement and business initiatives, including localization, local-for-global sourcing strategy development, and sustainability efforts.
What You Bring
61 Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related major.
61 Proven experience as a design engineer, quality engineer, or manufacturing engineer, with practical manufacturing experience in welding and machining preferred.
61 Working experience in technical functions within the Energy, Oil & Gas, or related industry is preferred.
61 Strong initiative, results orientation, and analytical thinking.
61 Experience working in a global environment.
61 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
61 Familiarity with root cause analysis and other quality and risk management methodologies.
61 Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
61 Project management experience is a plus.
