RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 Manage all events and establish standards and guidelines for them 61 Manage staff/agencies responsible for event coordination activities 61 Run a continuous stream of events in the Viking Experience centre 61 Plan a similar stream of small Viking events in BJ and GZ 61 Develop a plan for a larger consumer roadshow later this year in premium malls in selected cities 61 Help improve the trade consumer events 61 Work with Marketing analytics to establish the real cost and return of all events 61 Ensure brand consistency and premium brand image at all events 61 Coordinate details of events such as consumer event, trade shows, etc. 61 Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary. 61 Book venues and negotiate fees. 61 Prepare invitations and send out at appropriate time. 61 Work with guest of honor to ensure all requests are met. 61 Drive attendance to the event. 61 Define company brand through events. 61 Ensure staff is adequately prepared for event. 61 Ensure day of event goes smoothly. 61 Set up booths, flowers, decorations, and other event decor. 61 Drive and make the public speech for product, brand, etc.
QUALIFICATION PROFILE 61 Min 5 years of working experience in the field related to advertising, events and/or Marketing 61 Deep understanding about China consumer needs in travel 61 Highly organized, with meticulous attention to details and who has a passion for marketing 61 Travel of hospitality experience referred but not mandatory 61 Good communication and negotiation skill in terms of the talent and corporate cooperation. 61 Good team player to work with different department and inspire the team with full of creativity 61 Fluent English skill both in speaking and writing
