Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
61 Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) to
assess the company's financial health and profitability.

61 Prepare regular financial reports and provide management with clear, accurate financial insights and recommendations.

61 Conduct independent due diligence for potential projects, including objective analysis of the target company’s industry cycle,
profitability model, financial status, and position in the industrial chain. Proficiency in market research methodologies, data
collection, valuation models, and analytical software is required.
能够独立开展对拟项目尽调工作，对调研企业行业周期、盈利模式、财务、产业链客观分析，熟练掌握市场研
究方法、搜集一手数据、估值模型及分析软件使用。
61 Support the finance team's daily operations, including data organization and file management and complete other tasks as
assigned by supervisors.
支持财务团队的日常工作，包括数据整理、文件归档等。以及完成上级交待的其他任务。

Requirements要求:
§ More than 2 years of financial analyst experience.
2年以上金融分析师经验；
§ Passed College English Test Band (CET) 4 and 6;
大学过四六级；
§ Preference given to candidates holding relevant professional certifications (such as CFA, CPA).
持有相关专业证书（如CFA、CPA）者优先
§ Proficiency in financial analysis tools (such as Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet) and financial software (such as SAP, Oracle).

§ Familiarity with accounting standards (such as GAAP or IFRS) to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
