Support marketing governance lead to enhance governance and conduct risk management of marketing activities, project and spending, focusing on in-process execution monitoring and risk alerts.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

ü Risk identification and alert for key marketing investment, initiatives and/or spending
ü Review the end-to-end marketing processes, project mechanism, key investment decision to identify design gaps and risks
ü Benchmark with industry practice to identify gaps and improve the process governance and/or uplift the investment ROI.

ü Execution consistency checking for key marketing campaign and investment
ü KPI delivery tracking, supervision & verification
üDrive just-in-time correction and follow-ups

ü Provide training to related staff and business partners regarding SOP/rules

qualifications
4+ years' experience in business process governance and/or risk management (management consultancy, risk control, internal audit, continuous improvement etc) of MNCs or professional agency.
Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, audit and business administration etc.
Specific knowledge
High standards of ethics, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion
Familiar with marketing activity, process and industrial practice
Solid knowledge of risk assessment, control assessment, process management, monitoring activities and governance.
Good analytical capability and knowledge in audit, assurance & validation area, including collecting and analysing data, evaluating information and systems, performing root cause analysis and drawing logical conclusion.
