POSITION AIM: Mainly co-work in Product Quality team to produce accurate product inventory and availability report regularly and collaborate with Customer Service Team to allocate orders smartly and efficiently before delivery.

Master well each farm's pig flow

Assist PQ manager to supervise each farm's availability
协助产品质量经理监督各农场的种猪预测
Produce weekly availability report and distribute timely
制作周种猪预测与库存表并及时发送相关人员
Assist CS team to allocate pigs aligned with PIC Product Quality and customers’ needs.
协助客户服务部进行种猪分配，使符合PIC产品质量标准和客户需求
Coordinate between PQ and CS on changes and emergencies related on product quality
协调PQ与CS团队间有关产品质量相关的订单变更与突发问题
Organize PQ department meeting; manage PQ documents and materials
组织PQ部门日常会议; 管理PQ部门文件和材料
Other PQ department communication work
其它PQ部门相关沟通工作
