Responsibilities: Act as focal point of contact for trucking companies. Booking with trucking company. Liaise with trucking company and internal customers to reasonably arrange road transportation vehicles, routes, etc. Monitor transportation progress in real-time and report any abnormal situations during the transportation process promptly to ensure the smooth completion of road transportation tasks. Check bills and monthly statements and job closing. Supporting Manager for trucking service provider procurement and handling daily trucking pricing work. Support Manager for providing road transportation solution/products as required. Prepare SOP to meets customer specific requirements. Assist Manager in daily operation monitoring and road transport services’ quality assessment, timely handle customer complaints, and constantly improve the quality of road transport services. Assist Manager in establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with transportation suppliers and contribute to the regular evaluation of the performance of suppliers. Provide trucking company KPI reports as required Other tasks as required. Academic Qualifications Diploma/ University Graduates, preferably major in in logistics management, transportation, supply chain management or other related majors. Experiences/Knowledge: Over 8 years of experience in logistics and transportation management, of which at least 3 years of road transportation management experience, preferably with transportation of hazardous chemical products. Familiar with logistics and transportation management processes (e.g. LTL, FTL truck and FCL operation, etc.), transportation modes, and transportation cost control methods. Prior experience with using Transport Management Systems will be advantageous. Knowledge of traffic regulations and cargo transportation insurance. Knowledge of Shipping & Documentation including Tax Invoice, Packing List, etc. Understands the processes of international and domestic container transportation, including import and export procedures Familiar with the operational processes in Shanghai ports area Understanding of common INCOTERMS Knowledge of Trade net Declaration for Import & Export Abilities/Skills: Proficient in using common logistics and transportation management software and Microsoft Office software (e.g. TMS, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Good English skill (reading & writing) Attitudes: Positive with a can-do attitude Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills Enthusiastic with a strong interest to learn Independent and ability to work under tight timeline Strong sense of responsibility
