职位概述
The Management System Assurance Business Unit is embarking on the next wave of digital transformation to a new strategy-focused, globally oriented, and demand-driven IT landscape via a multi-millions MosaiQ program. The new solution is workflow-driven with end-to-end process coverage. And the global Business Process Management will be in the driving seat of the global change initiative. In this position, you will work with the business operations to understand the current business process, design harmonized target process, support the change realization and roll-out, and conduct iterative improvement.
岗位职责
1. Understanding Current Processes: Collaborate with business operations and regional process owners to map out existing processes, identify pain points, and gather requirements.
2. Designing Target Processes: Moderate the alignment of business processes with business objectives and establish an ambitious road map together with key stakeholders from BUs and Regions. Develop harmonized and optimized target processes that align with the new strategy-focused, globally oriented, and demand-driven IT landscape.
3. Supporting Change Realization: Assist in the implementation of new processes, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
4. Roll-Out: Plan and execute the roll-out of new processes across the organization, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and trained.
5. Iterative Improvement: Continuously monitor and refine processes based on feedback and performance data to ensure ongoing optimization. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovation in processes.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management. Exchange Best Practices between operations and between regions
7. With growing organizational knowledge this position will contribute to other digitization initiatives, which needs global coordination, continuous support, and central governance from a business point of view.
任职条件
1. Mandatory
a. Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or comparable qualification.
b. At least three years of proven experience in digital process consulting with a track record of process optimization and automation.
c. Excellent knowledge of process consulting methodologies, best practices, and implementation of digital technologies and tools
d. Experience in modern process management and process documentation methodology and toolkits.
e. Project management skills to plan and execute process improvement projects.
f. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
g. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional and cultural teams.
h. Fluent in English
2. Optional
a. Working experience with the TIC industry or Laboratory / Production Information Management Systems is highly desirable but not a must.
b. Experience in international projects working in globally distributed teams
