Manage Procurement activities to UCB China and Asia UCB Team (South Korea, ***, Hong Kong, Australia)
Key Activities:
-Maintain solid relationships with UCB stakeholders at a regional and local level to fully understand their sourcing needs and requirements
-Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders with the responsibility to advise them on the best strategy to address their sourcing needs
-Support Procurement Value teams and UCB stakeholders with their strategic sourcing needs applying the strategic sourcing methodology
-Ensure our values around environmental sustainability, human rights and diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded into our sourcing decision making
-Proactively identify sourcing opportunities and or propose improvement solutions
-Nurture and strengthen the relationships with selected suppliers and monitor their performance
-Monitor contract life cycle management and pro-actively follow up with UCB stakeholders to initiate the appropriate next steps
-Manage preferred supplier list and actively manage and ensure the collection of the Volume Based Rebates
-Provide input to the Global Category teams into the development and implementation of category strategies
