General Responsibility :
* Lead the team of flow production (mass production line )
* Give maintenance suggestions in the assigned production area
* Ensuring smooth production processes in day-to-day business using KPI-based control and production planning
* Daily moderation on the shop floor together with the department heads
* Further streamlining of existing production processes as well as expansion and further development of overall production capacities
* Initiation and support of investment projects together with the management
* Establish a proper reporting for the assigned area
* Information exchange and coordinate operations strategy with the Production manager
* Input operations figure in ERP system
* Give early information and warning of any deviation to the plan to production manager

Workshop Responsibility :
* Following of workshop production planning made by production manager
* Lean Production, Six Sigma, CIP, Shopfloor Management, just in time & Just in Sequence knowledge
* Responsible for quality measure to ensure the quality of the product.
* Responsible for keeping the assembly time schedule and calculated assembly hours.
* Continues finding optimization potential for increasing the efficiency and the quality of the production.
* Following of the ongoing capacity planning of work shop personal
* Keep the assigned work area organized in the principle of 5S manufacturing
* Implementing of a training plan for the employees.
* Following of the correct assembly of the products.

Planning department Responsibility :
* Following Capacity planning of central planning
* Following of continue production planning and material planning. Give decision template to production manager according to the actual situation.

Team building :
* To set the tone for the operation team’s culture and methodology
* To find an innovative approach to drive the assigned group development.
* To determine punishment system and the KPI appraisal system of the related team
* Active team building
* Complete other task assigned by the Production and Operations manager
* Participating on related international meetings regarding production topics.
* Ensure that all data are maintained correct in the PSI system or the company server.
