You will be a member of Retail Management, to be involved in the leasing affairs of the mall. You are required to handle all kinds of works with sense of responsibility, open mind, concentration and efficiency.
Based on Retail Assistant’s job responsibilities, your key responsibilities of new role include, but not limited to: 1. Take initiatives on brand replacement and keep sourcing brands can meet mall positioning 2. To conduct frequent retail market research on market rent, major deals closed on street level and malls, up and coming new retail and F&B brands/ concepts to Shanghai and China, major news in international retail market etc.; 3. To follow the instruction and supervision of team leader to execute an efficient and effective leasing works from initial contact, terms negotiation, design vetting, construction coordination, license application and opening marketing and promotion coordination; 4. Working closely with tenants to understand their business and managing them in daily operations 5. To closely monitor tenant’s business performance to expose problems, work out solutions and push for the improvement - on issues included but not limited to service quality and team consistency, merchandise plan and replenishment, connections of POS and sales report accuracy, promotion programs and etc. 6. Liaising with line management and other staff to assure efficient internal collaborations 7. To monitor and manage all finance receivable rental, management fee and other payment and removal of business license registration of expired tenants.

Who You Are
You are expected to be such a partner: full-time university bachelor degree or above, good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English, proficient use of office software.
