Job Requirements：
1.Assist in planning and executing laboratory experimental processes, including preparing samples, recording data and analyzing results.
2.Ensure that the laboratory environment meets EHS and 5S standards, handle emergencies and implement necessary precautions。
3.Provide technical support to solve problems that arise during the testing。
4.Manage inventory of equipment, samples, consumables, etc., to ensure that the lab has sufficient materials and supplies for daily operations。
5.Participate in the evaluation of new equipment and technologies and recommend ways to improve existing processes。
6.Write detailed experimental reports and technical documentation, and maintain good documentation habits.
7.Assist in planning and executing laboratory experimental processes, including preparing samples, recording data and analyzing results.

Qualifications：
1.Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field.
2.3+ years of work experience in lab.
3.Familiar of CNAS 17025;
4.Design, install, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure their normal operation.
5.Comply with all internal policies and external regulations, including but not limited to ISO 17025 certification requirements
6.Experience in laboratory management or supervision is preferred.
