岗位职责：
1、协助部门项目工作的推进，如预算管理和业绩分析系统、访谈和调研等;
2、负责商务和零售团队的奖金制度的文件制作和汇报，零售团队的奖金计算和分析;
3、运用外部和内部数据进行有效的业绩分析，寻找问题点并及时提示相关业务部门;
4、运用内部数据搭建零售业绩模型，并不断完善，提升预估的精准度;
5、其他行政工作，如部门报告的翻译、部门内部培训、年会协调工作等。
1、Assist in the advancement of departmental project work, such as budget management and performance analysis systems, interviews and surveys, etc.
2、Responsible for the document production and reporting of the incentive system for the commercial and retail teams, and the calculation and analysis of bonuse for the retail team
3、Use external and internal data to conduct effective performance analysis, find problem points and prompt relevant business departments in a timely reminder
4、Base on internal data to build retail business forecast model, and continuously improve the methodology to increase the accuracy of the forecast.
5、Other administrative work, such as translation of department reports, internal department training, annual meeting coordination, etc.


任职资格：
1-2年以上外资咨询公司工作经验、1-2年以上外资医药企业数据分析工作经验、理工科欧美留学背景的优先
