Responsibilities: -
Reporting to quality director,
61 Verify the PSF and publish to suppliers or factories;
61 Co-ordinate Artwork incoming artwork files, ensure PSF’s are updated and correct, communicate to vendors.
61 Evaluation final random inspection report and implementation relevant the actions to factories and internal peer team;
61 Oversee management of company projects using system of sample evaluation, corrective action, pre-production approvals, final random inspections.
61 Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained company wide
61 Ensure products comply to required directives and act as “advisory” centre for compliance issues to internal/external customers
61 Produce weekly inspection schedule and monthly quality KPI.
61 Coordinate the third party laboratory resource and integrate seamlessly into day to day business.
61 Assess new vendors through auditing system and report.
61 Must be willing to travel.


Required: -
61 Process orientated thinking and organized working style required to manage multiple projects in a timely and controlled manner.
61 Technical and compliance knowledge in power tool and machinery field,etc
61 Good knowledge of EMC.LVD,REACH and RoHS and other legislation.
61 ISO 9001 and Social Ethical Auditing Internal/Lead Auditor Qualifications desired.
61 High level of customer and service focus.
61 People and team management skills
