Analyze customer needs, summarize market and industry trends and characteristics, identify core decision-makers, formulate and implement customer development strategies, and promote effective customer transformation; 3、落实合同谈判相关事宜,重大客户开发工作事项及时向公司领导汇报后做出相关决策; 3.Implement matters related to contract negotiation, timely report major customer development matters to the company leaders and make relevant decisions; 4、参与展推、网络推广、行业论坛等营销活动,获取相关市场信息; Participate in marketing activities such as exhibition promotion, network promotion and industry forums to obtain relevant market information; 5、努力开发新客户,并与现有客户维持良好合作关系;落实领导安排的其他工作。 5.Strive to develop new customers and maintain good cooperative relations with existing customers;Implement other work arranged by leaders. 任职要求 :Job Requirements: 1、5年及以上销售工作经验,有磁材行业或电机相关行业的贸易销售经验优先; 1, 5 years or above sales experience, trade sales experience in magnetic material industry or motor related industry is preferred; 2、熟悉国内或北美、欧洲、亚太等市场者优先; 2. Familiar with domestic or North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and other markets is preferred; 3、具备良好的商务能力,有较强的沟通和逻辑表达能力,有清晰的问题解决思路,能够深入调查、攻克疑难杂症; 3.
