We are looking for a Chinese Speaking - Implementation Associate - Asia (Shanghai-China) and reporting directly to the Implementation Associate Manager. Your Role: As our team member in Asia, you’ll be key to Easy4Pro’s growth in APAC. Based in Shanghai, you’ll lead client implementations, be their main contact, and help establish our presence in this region. Job-Responsibilities 1.Implementation: ●Work closely with our customers in APAC to support the rolling out of Easy4Pro in their organization ●Be the main contact for APAC customers ●Analyze the Asian market and its opportunities ●Provide training and support to users at the start phase ●Pro-actively coordinate and plan tasks and be aware of all aspects of your customer’s projects with a high level of organization 2.Retention & Upselling: ●Customize our tool in close alignment with the customers’ requirements and evaluate their needs to offer tailor-made solutions ●Identify downtrading customers and take all necessary actions to ensure that their activity goes back to normal ●Understand and identify possible improvement ideas to our product according to the Asian market's needs ●Identify troubleshooting issues and coordinate with the helpdesk team to always keep improving our customers’ journey ●Monitor & update the CRM 3. Others: ●Assist Easy4Pro to achieve the needed fit to market product for Asia ●Produce all necessary tools, communication & materials to support the users' onboarding, training, retention & upselling ●Support the Implementation Manager in daily project management ●Support the Customer Success Agents in case of accrual workload Your profile: ●Experience in logistics and supply chain ●Must speak English and Mandarin/ Native Chinese fluently. Other languages are an advantage. ●Based in China, Shanghai ●University Degree, B.S. or Master, business or entrepreneurship ●Product knowledge to understand how to fit the market (experience in a tech-company is plus) ●A self-starter who can demonstrate a high level of organization & independence ●Strong client communication abilities and capacity to communicate regularly on the project follow up with diverse stakeholders ●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented ●Experience in B2B selling digital/web applications tools ●Experience in project management ●Willing to travel within Asia ●You are also dynamic, highly motivated, rigorous, team player, hands-on, customer-oriented, flexible, helicopter view, cost-conscious, and persuasive.
