Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for processing of monthly/yearly closing.
- Analyse the performance of business, identify EBIT, GCM, SGA, AWC & - Cashflow drivers and recommend potential areas of improvement.
- Prepare periodical financial management reports to Function head and BU management.
- Assist in budget / strategy plan process.
- Maintain Pricing system incl routine and ad hoc tasks.
- Other project assigned

Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience
- Previously worked in management accounting or costing analyst type roles for a minimum of 2 years.
- Previously worked in manufacturing industry
- Experience related to Costing, FP&A would be preferred.
- Statistically-minded, strong understanding of financial statements and financial systems. Experience working with financial data and fully integrated systems, Hyperion Enterprise, Essbase and IFS an advantage.
- Team communication skill
- Excellent bilingual communication skills both verbal and written will be necessary to communicate effectively across the regions, as well as presentation skills
- Planning and Organizing Skills, Strategic thinking/planning, Creative thinking, Energy and Enthusiasm

Education and Certifications
- Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis related majors
- CPA preferred
