Responsibilities:
Product development产品开发
1) According to company strategy to detail the product categories;
根据公司战略,细化产品类别;
2) According to the market development and competitive brandss, cooperate with the Trayton product team to develop the new products, and put forward the demand and suggestions for upholstery products and coverings updates in the Chinese market;
根据市场发展及竞品情况,配合集团软体产品的开发与上新,并提出中国市场软体沙发产品和面料更新的需求和建议;
3) Finding and developing suitable upholstery based on market feedbacks;
根据市场的反馈,寻找开发合适的软体产品
4) Source qualified product to be played in the stores according to product plan;
根据年度软体沙发开发的情况,寻找适合的配套家具产品;
5) Develop good supplier base for all purchased products;
为所有外采开发的产品建立良好的供应商体系基础;
Supply chain and customer service management供应链管理与客户服务
6) Build up and continuous develop the process from order to delivery to after service, continuous improve the efficiency, visibility and cost;
建立并不断完善订单、交货及售后服务的供应链流程,持续提高交付效率、订单可视性,并降低供应链成本;
7) Take full command of the cost in the supply chain and also own stores and any other under this position’s leadership
全面掌控供应链的成本管理,包括自营门店和其他管理部门成本管控
8) Digitalization development in the whole process;
供应链全流程数字化发展;
9) Responsible for NEST customer service department, coordinating customer orders, after-sales, logistics and other related work.负责NEST空间客户服务部门,统筹客户订单、售后、物流等相关工作。
Self-owned stores management自营门店零售运营管理
10) Build up and develop the self-owned stored evaluation systems, to make sure our own store could always play as the flag and model store of NEST;
建立和发展自营门店评估体系,确保自营门店始终作为空间品牌的样板店;
11) Make sure own store reach company economic targets;
确保自营门店达到公司经济指标;
12) Responsible for the brand's annual promotional plan;
负责品牌年度促销计划
Requirements:
Experience/Education Required
- University Degree or equivalent
大学本科或同等学历
- Minimum 5 years of retail supply chain operation experience, furniture background is very much preferred
至少5年零售行业供应链运营管理经验,有家具行业背景者优先
- Familiar with all aspects of the supply chain management processes, to procurement, order, logistics, warehouse and other resources for effective planning, integration and optimization.
熟悉供应链各个环节的管理流程,能够对采购、订单、物流、仓库等资源进行有效的规划、整合和优化。
- Market supply sensitivity and quick response ability
市场供应敏感性及快速反应能力
- Rich experience in data integration and data analysis
有丰富的数据整合、数据分析经验
- Have some aesthetic ability and develop independently to find the right products
有一定的审美能力,独立开发寻找合适的产品
Personality Required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with structure thinking
