Job task and responsibilities/工作任务和职责:

Organizes and participates in S&OP meeting and raise the improvement suggestions and follow up./组织并参与运营优化的的月度会议,并提出改进意见并落地执行。 3. Initiate the customer contract in the system and follow up with customers on the contract details & timely check with sales. / 和销售确认具体交易信息后,完成从订单到付款的交易全流程解锁 4. Communicate cross-functionally including plant with batch allocation with sales planning, logistics with ETA and ETD, finance with payment etc. to guarantee the operational excellence. / 跨部门交流,和销售计划交流工厂交流产品质量和批次信息,和物流交流补货时间,和财务交流付款和开票信息等,保证高效运营 5. ptimize the order to cash process with sales team and alert sales when abnormal orders occur such as overdue orders together with finance, etc./优化OTC流程,提醒销售关注异常订单情况 6. Manage the receivables, DSO and overdue in an effective way and provide sales forecast monthly. / 管理应收,超期同时进行销售预测,配合销售提高预测准确性。 7.
