工作职责:
1、Project Coordination: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of preclinical projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2、Cross-Function Coordination: Ability to integrate and lead a multidisciplinary team of experts including biology, chemistry, DMPK, toxicology, CMC, regulatory etc. to ensure effective project execution and address project challenges.
3、Progress Tracking: Apply project management skills to plan, initiate, risk assess, execute and track project activities and timelines, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
4、Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.
5、Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and conduct thorough review and approval of study reports, and coordinate submissions to regulatory agencies in support of ongoing development programs.

任职资格:
1、Education: PhD or Master’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmacology, or a related field.
2、Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in preclinical development.
3、Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with preclinical research methodologies, regulatory requirements, GLP practices and drug development pathways.
4、Project Management Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
5、Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
6、Leadership: Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with different departments.
