Mission Project Manager will be assigned to different projects by Proposal and Project Management Manager. This position is responsible for all project management activities which including the financial and technical results of the assigned projects. Your mission is to lead projects quoted by proposal team. You will be responsible for ensuring the best technical solutions are provided that fulfil Atlas Copco targets regarding consolidated profitability, customer satisfaction, high quality & reliability, on-time delivery, and etc.
Major Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and drive projects: 61 Understand ICA typical application, be able to understand the project scope after handover from proposal engineer, guarantee the scope is correctly delivered during execution. Project Reviews, participate to sales and order intake budget regarding contract contribution and contract margin. 61 Control and monitor project execution within budget, understand project budget structure, and make process check. Be able to drive the team to forecast total project cost. 61 Lead and manage ICA project team (engineering, purchase, installation, software, programming) to keep milestones, and delivery project on time and in quality. 61 Be capable to manage change request, generated from customer or from internal team, and negotiate cost and schedule impact with customer. 61 As main contact person for project, keep closely communication with customer and sales, be able to understand and meet customer requirement during project execution, aim to keep high customer NPS. 61 Manage multiple projects at one time, keep frequent communication with multiple sales and customers. 61 Identify risks during project execution and raise red flag to team in time. 61 Be able to learn from previous experience, use the experience in new projects. 61 Work as product owner in the agile team, lead the agile team to focus on project execution result, keep high flexibility to adapt to changes, and build transparent and trust team spirit. 61 General understanding of tightening knowledge and APC typical applications.
Education & Experience 61 Bachelor degree or above with mechanical, electrical or automation engineering background 61 Candidates must have 3+ years’ experience in an engineering related field and includes 2+ years’ experience of project management. 61 Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different cultures. 61 PMP certification is a plus.
