Responsibilities:
1.Handle with RF matters of etcher system, Explore new RF source and RF delivery system
2.Develop new supplier of parts for semiconductor equipment or related product;
3.Lead project management to qualify different parts/commodities from different suppliers and provide failure analysis, troubleshooting and customer support.


Requirements:
1.Master degree with over 10 years RF engineering experiences. Strong knowledge in majors such as Physics, Applies Physics, Magnetic Field, High Voltage and Electrical Engineering.
2.Ability to identify and develop the analysis methods and to characterize the materials and products.
3.Ability to work with external and internal partners in a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities.
4.Rich team management experience and good communication skill and strong team spirit.
