工作职责：
Job Descriptions
1.财务核算与分析：全面负责海外子公司的财务核算与分析，指导下属完成核算任务，及时发现生产经营问题，提出解决方案。
Financial Accounting and Analysis: full responsibility for the financial accounting and analysis of overseas operation including managing finance team, promptly identifying commercial issues and proposing solutions.
2.外部协调：在集团财务部指导下，负责与当地税务、银行、审计等部门的沟通与协调，协助总经理处理公共关系。
Coordinating with external parties: with the guidance of the Group Finance Department be responsible for communicating and coordinating with local tax department, banks and auditors and assisting the General Manager in handling external relationships.
3.财务体系建设：在集团财务部指导下，完善并落实海外业务的八大财务体系。
Financial System Implementation: with the guidance of the Group'Finance Department improve and implement the financial systems.
4.团队管理：遵循集团N+2管理原则，负责财务团队的管理与建设。
Team Management: Manage and develop the local finance team.
5.内控管理：确保公司收支符合当地税法与法规，提出降低经营与财务风险的改善建议。
Internal Control: Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations and propose suggestions to reduce operational and financial risks.
6.合同审核：审核除薪酬合同外的所有经济合同，确保条款符合税法及集团内控要求，提出法律风险建议。
Contract Review: Review all economic contracts except for salary contracts and ensure that the terms comply with tax laws and the Group's internal control requirements and provide legal risk recommendations.
7.预算管理：编制财务预算，监督执行情况，提供偏差分析及解决方案。
Budget Management: Prepare financial budgets, monitor their implementation and provide variance analysis and commentary.
8.税务管理：规范纳税行为，确保公司及时享受当地税收优惠政策。
Tax Management: Optimize tax by utilizing preferential tax policies and standardizing the timing of tax payments.
9.资金管理：协助建立资金管理体系，制定资金收支与融资计划，完成融资任务，监督资金使用效率。
Cash Management: manage cash inflows and outflows including to optimize cash usage.
10.其他工作：完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
Other Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

4.学历与资质：会计学、财务管理等相关专业本科以上学历，具备中级及以上职称。
Education and qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management or related fields with mid-management or higher professional experience.

The position requires candidates to have strong financial expertise, team management skills, cross-cultural communication abilities and to be able to work independently in an overseas environment.
- 熟悉中东国家税法、银行及审计流程者优先。
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with local tax laws, banking and auditing procedures in Middle East.
- 具备海外财务管理经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with overseas financial management experience will be given priority consideration.
