Position Summary
85 Work as Engineering Project Manager to lead & coordinate engineering activities of assigned projects for Dual Clutch Module, P2 Module, and clutch applications in diverse hybrid transmissions incl. HEV and PHEV of Commercial & Passenger Vehicles, ensuring the product development will meet the technology, budget, and timing targets during the complete development phases.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
85 Lead & coordinate engineering activities of assigned projects for Dual Clutch Module, P2 Module, and clutch applications in diverse hybrid transmissions incl. HEV and PHEV of Commercial & Passenger Vehicles
85 Ensure the product development will meet the technology, budget, and timing targets during the complete development phases.
85 Communication with customers and internally with global technical centers, plants, and suppliers.
85 Customer Requirements elicitation, review & align SOR with customers.
85 Sign Off engineering release for customers incl. all technical documents – RASIC, Assembly drawings, DVP&R, technical reports, product change requests, part approval requests, …etc.
85 Work as customer interface incl. preparation of presentations and present materials of engineering related items to customers
85 Lead for customer troubleshooting, incl. 8D report to customer, failure investigation initiatives (technical analysis, test programs, …etc.)
85 Support cost reduction activities
85 Support product improvement initiatives
85 Support production facilities and ensure that product meets production requirements
85 Support initiatives to obtaining new business / customers

Requirements / Qualifications
85 Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Master would be a plus
85 Min. 3 years experience in development of products in automotive industry,
preferably in the field of drivetrain products
85 Development and application of E-Motor, Sensors and/or Power Electronics products would be a plus
85 Experience in working with international teams
85 Self-assurance, good leadership, and communications skills
85 Ability to work well in at team and experience with project management
85 Language skills: Chinese, English
