Role Description:
This role involves a unique blend of business development and sales support to expand Acclime’s client base in China. You will work closely with our sales teams across Australasia, Asia, and the Middle East to generate quality leads and drive sales, develop and enhance referral networks, and represent Acclime at industry events. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual looking to elevate their career in business development and sales within the corporate services industry.
The Business Development Manager will be an integral part of our Regional Business Development Team.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Sales & Business Development: Overall responsibility for sales and business development activities in China for Acclime, with a particular focus on generating quality leads to expand Acclime’s China outbound client base in China.
61 Referral Partner Management: Cultivate and nurture referral partner networks in China, and engage in joint marketing activities, including attending conferences, workshops, seminars, and networking events for both China outbound prospects.
61 Event Coordination: Research and recommend relevant industry events, conferences, and seminars. Arrange and coordinate Acclime’s presence, including booking sponsorships, preparing materials, and organising logistics.
61 Social Media Management: Oversee Acclime China’s social media channels, including WeChat and the company website.
61 销售与业务拓展:全面负责凯晋中国在中国的销售和业务拓展活动,特别关注生成优质线索,扩大凯晋中国的中国出境客户基础。

Who We’re Looking For:
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
61 Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on corporate services.
61 Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
61 Personality: Outgoing, self-motivated, goal-oriented, analytical, and independent.
61 Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate, accounting, tax, and advisory services is a pre.
