工作内容: 1、Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects. 2、Coordinate with key stakeholders and vendors to deliver the project tasks and activities per the project schedule. 3、Monitor and track the timeliness of the project deliverables. 4、Register and manage projects in PTS in accordance with the policy and requirements. 5、Conducting administrative duties such as organizing meetings for Project Manager and taking Minutes of the Meefing ( MOM ), updating procurement , budget tracker project schedule and submission of quotations to operations team for PR / PO process as well as invoices. 6、Supporting Project Manager by researching information and other administrative duties as and when needed. 7、Collaborating with business stakeholders about their involvement on the project delivery.
任职要求: 1、Minimum of at least 3 years in relevant working experience. 2、Strong communication , coordination skills both spoken and written. 3、Must be able to work under a fast - paced environment / culture, and tight timeline. 4、Optional - Basic fundamentals of physical security and security systems.
