As our SAP Solution Architect, you'll join one of the Largest Transformation Programs in Scania – IEB, and also part of Scania global SAP Team at the forefront of our SAP implementation efforts, focusing on the Finance & Controlling domain in SAP. Your primary responsibility will be to lead Finance & Controlling solutions and topic discussions in the local side, while fully integrated with Scania IEB and Central SAP team. Leveraging your SAP solution knowhow and experience regarding interface with surrounding systems like Golden Tax, Finance consolidation systems. project management expertise and knowledge of the Scania Production System, you'll drive efficiency, optimize processes, and lead our organization towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
61 Lead end-to-end solution discussion and definition activities for SAP implementation projects within Finance & Controlling at Scania.
61 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and partner team centrally and locally to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
61 Interface with all surrounding systems to ensure smooth integration with SAP.
61 Apply your expertise in the Scania Finance & Controlling processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize Finance & Controlling processes.
61 Track project milestones, deliverables to ensure successful project completion within scope, time constraints.
61 Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project goals.
61 Be the contact person for business side in terms of new requirements and solution discussion.

Requirements
61 at least 5-8 years of proven experience in in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects within the Finance & Controlling area (FICO Module).
61 Familiar and experienced in Automotive /OEM or similar Industry.

61 Experience with SAP implementation methodologies like Activate is a plus.
61 Experience with the Scania Production System or similar lean manufacturing methodologies is preferred.
61 Sufficient English skill is a mandatory. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
61 PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
61 Knowledge of SAP Tech skills like ABAP, Integration platform (BTP) will be advantageous.
