Responsibilities
61Perform screening and due diligence of tech companies (technology, products, business models, financials, etc.) that are strategically relevant and impactful to Swire Properties businesses
61 Work with auditing and legal professionals on financial and legal due diligence, closing and conducting postdeal portfolio management of venture deals
61 Be up to date with investor reports, research reports and other published materials from New Ventures fund’s portfolio companies and funds
61 Publish thematic thought papers on topics most strategically relevant to Swire Properties
61 Fund portfolio management to help the growth of existing portfolio companies and funds, as well as how they can better deliver value for Swire Properties
61 Constantly keep up with technology trends and real estate innovation insights with team members and senior management team by reading industry reports, attending conferences and connecting with startups, accelerators and venture capital firms
61 Initiate, liaise with and develop collaborative partnerships with relevant industry and technology players in Chinese Mainland
Requirements *
1-3 years working experience in startups, venture investments, technology acceleration or real estate innovation preferred；
Interest in venture investing and finance is preferred；
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
