PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION: Assistant Buying Manager for the sub-brand in terms of ReAct related operational work in buying system/tool, in-season performance tracking, order consolidation/OTB tracking, and timely planning of in-season replenishment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-Season Buying: 1、To finish order system operation work: 1)Plan Responsiveness articles pre-season order rule collection and setting in order system (door count, article depth MOQ, pre-season/in-season ratio plan). 2)Plan Responsiveness order split execution into pre-season & in-season in order system. 2、To consolidate mirror SKU of Never Out of Stock products from DP & buyers, cooperate with data analysis team for in-season tool preparation. 3、Pre-season order consolidation update of all ReAct products.
In-Season Buying: 1、In-season monthly rolling of Never Out of Stock products for FRS channel with close cooperation with FRS PS team. 2、Weekly performance reading with Read & ReAct tool for FRS channel. 3、Future sold-out projection and demand comparison. 4、Cooperate with In-Season-Trading team and FRS sales team on final confirmation of replenishment triggering. 5、Bi-weekly buy sign-off preparation.
Planning: 1、Timely update of OTB Tracking for replenishment decision. 2、Timely order consolidation update for both pre-season and in-season buy.
Systems and Processes Participate in systems/ tool training and upgrade feedback with IT.
Others Other job-related work assigned from Line Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1、Good Data analyse and excel skill . 2、Good interpersonal/communication skills. 3、Team player. 4、Practical, reactive.
REQUISITE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILL 1、University advanced degree. 2、2-3 years’ experience in merchandising or planning function. 3、Prefer very good Excel modelling skills. Good process executor and meticulous operator. 4、Good understanding of retail business with in-season operational experience. 5、Strong PC skills.
