1. Have at least 3-year working experience in garment accessory developement.
2. Familiar with the production process of accessories such as woven label,hang tag, ribbon, zipper, button and sleeve patch etc,
3. Good at price negotiation
4. Good communication skills with suppliers
5. Can work hard and have a good team spirit
6. Have certain English communication ability with designers.
