Job Description In your new role you will: 61Contributes to Infineon’s top and bottom line, as per (L)TCR, by securing supply and sourcing competitively to support profitable growth. This includes acting as interface to Infineon’s suppliers, monitoring market developments, developing differentiated cooperation models, leading business awards, developing best in class procurement tools & processes and steering the operational procurement of goods & services 61Accountable for one global procurement categories and its suppliers (total > 50M$ annual spend) , acting as main interface to suppliers. 61Develops and implements category/supplier strategies, collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Divisions, OP) as well as other Procurement job sub-families 61Defines, monitors and acts on related KPIs (e.g. savings, payment terms, etc.). Sources competitively in global markets, for best suppliers and solutions that fulfill Infineon‘s product & cost requirements, leading major, global negotiations & contracting 61Applies best in class procurement methods, e.g. cost modelling, benchmarking, advanced negotiation methods, design for sourcing, monetized TCO, to enable comprehensive value analysis, negotiation events and decision making. Utilizes market intelligence to build resilient supply chains (incl. managing supply crises & recovery) and optimize the TCO 61An additional area of responsibilities will be to act as subject matter expert for outsourced test spend across the entire OSAT portfolio ensuring consistent methods and measures are applied and utilized in negotiations 61Has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units 61Ability to work independently to, develops plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities and delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments 61Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives 61Provides input to functional or departmental strategy Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: 61A relevant vocational training (3+ years) and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification 61A relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years) 61The total knowledge and skills can also be acquired in other ways 615+ years relevant working experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain covering significant spend (> 50M EUR) or scope (number of suppliers, >volumes, nr of products) 61Multi year experience working with OSATs (pre) 61Experience in Assembly, Test and BE manufacturing processes 61Experience with contract management and contract process ownership 61Experience in improvement processes 61Experience in Benchmarking, best practice sharing, business cases and product cost analysis 61Experience with quality management, pCN and change processes
