Position Overview: As the Regional Marketing Leader in the semiconductor industry, you will be responsible for the market promotion and sales strategy formulation and execution of advanced power semiconductor products such as IGBT, SiC, and GaN in a designated region. You will lead a small team consisting of Mkting/Sales/RAE/FAE to jointly drive sales growth, brand building, and market share expansion for the company's products in the region.
Primary Responsibilities: 1. Market Analysis and Strategy Formulation: 61 Conduct in-depth research on industry dynamics, technological trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs in the IGBT, SiC, and GaN markets to develop targeted market entry, expansion, and competitive strategies. 61 Regularly assess market trends and adjust product mix and sales strategies to adapt to market changes. 2. Sales Target and Performance Achievement: 61 Set and track regional sales targets, formulate detailed sales plans and budgets, and ensure the team meets or exceeds performance indicators. 61 Analyze sales data, identify sales opportunities and challenges, and take effective measures to enhance sales performance. 3. Team Leadership and Collaboration: 61 Lead and motivate market analysts, sales representatives, and technical support personnel to establish an efficient and collaborative work atmosphere. 61 Develop team training programs to enhance team members' professional skills and business capabilities. 61 Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth team operations while maintaining good communication with R&D, production, and other departments. 4. Customer Relationship Management: 61 Establish and maintain good relationships with target customers and industry partners, understand customer needs, and provide customized solutions. 61 Regularly visit customers, collect market feedback, and provide suggestions for product improvements and new product development. 5. Market Promotion and Brand Building: 61 Formulate and execute market promotion plans, including exhibitions, seminars, online marketing activities, etc., to enhance the company's visibility and influence in the IGBT, SiC, and GaN markets. 61 Utilize social media, industry media, and other channels to publish market analysis reports, product whitepapers, etc., to strengthen brand influence. 6.
