Responsibilities岗位职责:
61 Business strategy and planning业务战略和规划
o Identify market opportunities and create of suitable strategy for entrusted segment. 识别市场机会，为细分市场制定合适的战略。
o Develop depth understanding of the laws, norms, industrial standards; 深入了解法律、规范、行业标准。
o Monitor market condition and competition developments and ensure adaption reflected to the strategy. 监控市场状况和竞争发展，确保适应战略。
o Closely work with supply chain management to ensure aligned supply strategy supports the overall business strategy and success.与供应链管理团队密切协作，确保供应战略支持在整个业务战略层面保持一致。
o Develop annual budgets and periodical forecasts 制定年度预算和阶段性销售预测

61 Marketing communication 市场推广
o Actively collect, evaluate marketing communication channels and platforms.积极收集，评估市场推广渠道和平台。
o Closely work with marketing function to form and execute marketing communication strategy and plans.与市场职能部门密切合作，执行市场推广策略和计划。
o Identify potential valuable partners and establish effective operations.识别潜在的有价值的合作伙伴并建立有效的运营。

o Lead the team to execute and business plan and deliver result 领导团队执行业务计划和交付结果。
o Identify and fulfill team development needs 识别并履行团队发展需求。

Qualifications任职要求
61 Education: Bachelor degree or above. 本科或以上学历

o Skills of budgeting and planning 熟悉年度预算制度
