Responsibilities工作内容:
- Handle customer compliant and provide 8D report. 客诉处理以及提供改进措施的8D报告
- Organize the root cause analysis with AFA’s suppliers for the complaints from the customer. Working out robust action plan and continuous improvements to acquire high customer satisfactory 与AFA的供应商一起对客户投诉进行根本原因分析，制定稳健的行动计划和持续改进以获得高客户满意度
- Implement ongoing QC checks of key inbound components, in line production and product performance, in conjunction with our key supplier partners. Ensure any rectification work is carried out within a reasonable timeframe and within budget 与我们的主要供应商合作伙伴一起，在生产线生产和产品性能方面实施关键入库部件的持续QC检查，确保任何整改工作在合理的时间和预算范围内进行
- Maintain robust processes to deliver excellent quality products and service to our customers 确保流程稳健，为客户提供优质的产品和服务
- Implement risk management in the function based on a risk-based action plan 根据风险行动计划，实施风险管理
- Document maintain and update on time 现有文件的维护以及更新

Qualifications 任职条件:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical is preferred 本科及以上学历，模具专业优先考虑；机械/制造原材料及加工行业优先考虑
- More than 5 years related working experience, injection molding field or plastic assembly field experience is preferred 5年以上相关工作经验，需具备SQE团队管理经验；注塑或塑料装配行业工作经验者优选考虑
- Familiar with quality tools of SPC etc. Familiar with ISO9001 熟悉SPC等质量工具; 熟悉ISO9001
- Strong communication skills with internal and external teams 与公司内部及工厂有良好的沟通技巧
- CET6-Able to read and write the English, oral English is proficient. 大学英语六级读写水平， 英语口语流利
