Key Responsibilities A. Supplier Quality Management: 61 Supplier quality system Management: assist SQE Supervisor in continuously improving the supplier quality system, establishing relevant system documents, and ensuring the system operation complies with relevant requirements; organize and coordinate various supplier audit activities. 61Formulate factory regulations and lead the implementation of factory system processes to ensure compliance. 61 Supplier audits, and customer factory inspections, ensuring effective improvement of issues B. Quality system: 61Corporate System Management: Conduct internal and external audits for AFA's ISO system, maintain the system, and guide/supervise standardized management of system operation processes and form records across departments to ensure effective implementation. 61Document Control Management: Coordinate the management of corporate system and policy documents, ensuring the security and validity of documentation. C. Customer Complaint Handling 61Take charge of partial customer quality complaint reception, root cause analysis, and implementation of improvement measures; lead the preparation of 8D reports and provide closed-loop feedback to clients. 岗位职责: A. 供应商质量管理: 61协助SQE主管持续完善供应商质量体系,建立相关体系文件,确保体系运行符合相关要求;组织及配合各项供应商审核工作; 61审核及结果跟踪:主导或配合品质部跟进内、外及供应商审核和客户验厂的不合格项纠正和预防措施的实施,确保不合格项得到有效的改善; 61工厂制度的制定,主导将工厂体系流程的执行到位。 B. 客户投诉:负责部分客户质量投诉的受理、根本原因分析与改善措施落地、8D报告编制与客户端闭环反馈。 C. 质量体系管理: 61公司体系管理:AFA ISO体系内审、外审及体系维护;指导和监督各部门体系运行流程,表单记录等的规范化管理,并执行到位; 61文控管理:统筹管理公司体系、制度等相关文件,保证文件资料的安全和有效;
Skills and Requirements 61Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical is preferred 61At least 3 years experiences in quality system management 61Experience in handling customer complaint and customer quality is preferred 61Experience in injection molding field or plastic assembly field is preferred 61Familiar with quality tools of SPC etc. Familiar with ISO9001 61Strong communication skills with internal and external teams 61English and Mandarin proficiency required as working languages 任职要求: 61本科及以上学历,机械相关专业优先 61至少 3 年质量体系管理工作经验 61有客户投诉处理及客户品质管理经验者优先 61有注塑成型或塑胶组装领域工作经验者优先 61熟悉 SPC 等质量工具,了解 ISO9001 体系 61具备优秀的内外部团队沟通能力 61英语和普通话能作为工作语言
