Support Sales Activities to Promote IPP Sales Growth

1. Meet with customers as requested by sales to establish IPP Competency
2. Provide customer presentation for Intelligent Packaged Power with Sales
3. Provide leadership to Marketing and Sales for IPP messaging
4. Promote Intelligent Solutions

Work as needed on all opportunities to provide the following proposal support:

1. Develop ROM in fashion to support the GO/NO GO process with Sales
2. Develop Scope of work and Bid tabs for multiple 3rd party sourcing (Switchgear, E-house, Etc.)
3. Develop single lines for power distribution based on RFQ data.
4. Provide E-house drawings to issue as part of E-house RFQ based on equipment.
5. Interface with and field questions from 3rd party sources.
6. Review 3rd party quotes to ensure specification compliance before bid submission.
6. Complete bid tabs for E-house/3rd party supplier bids to understand full cost and bid compliance
7. Collaborate with team regarding bid strategy
8. Identify scope alternatives to promote better solution for RA and differentiator for RA

Post Order Activity

1. Take lead/Support IPP project execution team.
2. Detail engineering as required by specific RFQ.
3. Print/Document review from 3rd party suppliers to ensure specification compliance prior to release to customer.
4. Technical support as needed for print reviews with customers (page turning as required by customer)
5. Attend FAT as for all 3rd Party Equipment/E-house shipments to ensure quality and compliance to specification and follow up with customer punch list with various suppliers.
6. Coordinate with customer interface and RA internal
