JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Early involved in new product/project to ensure safely launch to mass production, fully understand CTQs from customer side and R&D team, then transfer to internal QCP accurately. 及时参与新产品/新项目,确保安全投入批量生产,充分了解客户和研发团队CTQ,准确转移到内部QCP。 2.Support the R&D team to get new project/product approval from customer side. 支持研发团队获得客户的新项目/产品批准。 3.Deal with customer audit/survey, organize related department to make sure it could be successfully passed/finished. Tracking following CAPAs if needed. 处理客户审核/调查,组织相关部门确保其顺利通过完成。如有需要,跟踪以下CAPA。 4.Lead cross function team to solve customer quality issues in time and make sure corrective & preventive actions are implemented accordingly. 组织跨职能团队及时解决客户质量问题,并确保相应的纠正和预防措施得到实施。 5.Create 8D report and keep tracking CAPAs till the complaint is entirely closed. 创建8D报告并跟踪CAPA,直到投诉完全结束。 6.Keep clear records for all customer complaints and drive internal Kaizen projects by database analysis. 对所有客户投诉进行清晰记录,并通过数据库分析推动内部改善项目。 7.Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 主管交办的其他任务。
Qualifications 1.Familiar with quality tools, Seven Basic tools of Quality/8D/APQP/FMEA/QCP/PPAP etc. 熟悉质量工具,质量8D/APQP/FMEA/QCP/PPAP等七大基本工具。 2.5 years of experience in quality function, at least 2 years focus on customer quality. 5年质量工作经验,至少2年客户质量经验。 3.Good communication skills and teamwork. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 4.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力。 5.Basic skill in oral and written English. 具备基本的英语口语和书面表达能力。 6.More than 3 years in cable manufacturing industry is prefer. 3年以上电缆制造行业工作经验者优先。 7.College degree or above. 大专及以上学历。
