Key Responsibilities:
61 Enhance the FP&A team’s skill set in advanced analytics and digital tools
61 Support automation initiatives and data visualization, including dashboard development

Candidate Requirements:
61 Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
61 Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel (advanced) and experienced with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL.
61 Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets.
61 Problem-Solving Ability: Critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
61 Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
61 Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with the FP&A team and other departments
61 Initiative: Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and bringing new ideas to the team
61 Availability: Minimum 3 days per week
61 Location: Based in Shanghai, with occasional travel to plant sites
