Responsibility: Lead all activities of the online B2C business in China, including but not limited to define online strategy, dealer network management and development, key accounts management, online retail excellence enhancement, promotion execution, customer & front line sales training & management in order to deliver profitable sales growth CSG and strengthen our brand awareness in the market.
Qualification: 74 Develop online business strategy as a critical business module in China and deliver on operational target; 74 Oversee and direct all areas of online selling and fulfillment on JD, Tmall, other online channels and B2C alliances; 74 Focus on online customer satisfaction and sales revenue, margin and profit, etc. financial performance for the online channel; 74 Co-responsible with Offer Management for end to end online/digital marketing, including online advertising in search/email/affiliate/display/social media/etc., promotional campaign strategy, creative/design/appearance of the online store and its optimization), merchandising (assortment/purchasing, inventory forecasting/planning/lifecycle, product content development, online store merchandise pricing/promotion strategy); 74 In charge of online operations (fulfillment strategy, customer service, business intelligence); 74 Optimize infrastructure for various online platforms and explore new business opportunities; 74 Build customer intimacy and create value from different segments; 74 Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability; 74 Builds required sales capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in the digital era.
