Audit, Training & Consultancy
61 Develop and conduct trainings / audits / consultancy assignments in timely and accurate manner on-site or remotely
61 Contribute to the continuous improvement of services offered to clients.
61 Realise new services. From Pilot Projects to large scale programmes.
61 Deliver assigned services at highest technical level as per client requirements.
61 Lead on technically complex services
61 Guide more junior team members as needed to deliver high quality services.
61 Communicate Mills the customer’s requirements and convey the best practices and processes and support the client programs.
61 Identify the potential risks at the mills and communicate clients and create corrective action plans to avoid any such risks in future from the supply chain partners of clients.
61 Respond to questions, support customer interactions, and resolving customer concerns on Eco and chemical compliance issues in timely and accurately manner
61 Record customer interaction on required forms and communicate in timely and accurately manner to STS Country coordinator/STS Senior Project Officer/Global Business Operations
Business support
61 Prepare audit / assessment report, corrective action plans report and record customer activities.
61 Deliver project end reports and studies as per customer requirements
61 Register travel cost, travel time and program delivered etc. in Elise system.
Required Experience
61 Bachelor’s degree (Energy Engineer is preferred) and minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product/processing related role/- experience with a brand & retailer / Dye / Chemical supplier. International experience in projects
61 Experience in performing Energy auditing (international experience is preferred).
61 Demonstrated knowledge of the assigned territory and strong understanding of chemistries of dyes and chemicals, textile wet processing knowledge with special emphasis on RSLs of brand & retailers, apparel, leather and home textile industry.
61 Strong experience as trainer, ideally approved Higg trainer.
61 Good understanding of all areas of textile processing, machinery aspects and brands/retailers chemical requirements.
