Main Duty:
- Organize and implement production plan and production target, be responsible for the production schedule of order, ensure the completion of production task.
- Manage workshop and material resources to meet production targets;
- Hire, train, and supervise workers, implement training programs;
- Test machines for disrepair and malfunctions;
- Purchase and calibrate machines;
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs and EHS management, maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results, assess risks and safety hazards and implementing plans to ensure people and equipment safety;
- Be responsible for all processes within assigned workshop, including contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and to the continual improvement of existing processes, maximize the production process to lower costs;
- Keep abreast of new technology that can be used in the production process;
- Support the operations and process engineering personnel in driving OEE/OLE improvement across the plants.
- Be responsible for technical and process improvement work in production, organize to solve and deal with problems found in time;
- Monitor product standards to ensure product quality;
- Be responsible for driving continuous improvement on productivity improvement and process optimization.
-Manage new projects, work cross function base on the PMP process, and with good execution.
- Support NPI to mass production to make sure shipping on schedule.
- Work with the financial departments to come up with a budget and spending plan;
- Other business support assigned by the leader.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor graduation or above.
2. Major in mechanical or related field.
3. At least 10 years of production management experience in telecom, mechanical industry, of which minimum 5 years in manager position.
4. Good knowledge of the production management.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good leadership and supervisory skills.
7. Good command of Microsoft office software.
8. Good command of English & Chinese Mandarin.
9. Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative.
