Responsibilities: 1.Develop and optimize the company’s training and talent development system to align with strategic goals. 2.Conduct training needs analysis, design tiered and phased training programs, organize implementation, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. 3.Oversee the development of training materials and case studies, and independently deliver certain routine training courses. 4.Communicate actively with management and employees to continuously enhance efficiency and foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities: 1.Bachelor's degree or above. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2.With more than 3 years of training management experience in medium and large enterprises, familiar with mainstream training methods, and good at planning and organizing implementation. 3.Able to promote the development of the curriculum system, cultivate the internal lecturer team, and promote talent development and cultivation. 4.Strong self-motivation, stress resistance and sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and teaching ability. 5.Proficient in using office software.
