Job Responsibilities: 1.Brand Localization Promotion:02Develop and execute brand promotion strategies tailored to the Asia-Pacific market and local characteristics of Shanghai and surrounding regions, enhancing the brand's influence in the luxury and design sectors. 2.Social Media Management:02Master local platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.), plan and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, etc.), and optimize fan engagement and growth. 3.High-End Event Planning:02Organize brand exhibitions, VIP dinners, art salons, and other events to strengthen connections with local high-end clients and industry leaders. 4.Cross-Cultural Collaboration:02Work closely with the Czech headquarters to adapt global brand strategies to the local market, while communicating China-specific insights and demands. 5.Data Analysis & Budget Management:02Analyze marketing campaign ROI, optimize budget allocation, and ensure efficient resource utilization. 6.Customer Relationship Management:02Conduct in-depth research and collect feedback to improve client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships. Qualifications: 1.Education:02Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Luxury Brand Management, or related fields. 2.Experience: o2+ years in marketing for luxury, high-end design, or art brands; familiarity with the Asia-Pacific market is preferred. oProven success in growing social media accounts (e.g., 100K+ follower base). 3.Skills & Abilities: oFluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken proof required), with ability to independently craft bilingual promotional content. oProficient in Excel/PPT for data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking. oHands-on experience with local digital marketing tools (e.g., WeChat Official Accounts, Douyin Enterprise Accounts). 4.Soft Skills: oPassion for luxury and art/design industries, with keen fashion insight. oThrive in fast-paced environments and coordinate effectively across time zones. oInnovative mindset to deliver creative solutions aligned with local market needs.
