岗位职责：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(4-5) 1. 协助管理者代表制定质量方针和目标，建立健全文件化的体系及相应文档的编写、修订等工作，并督导实施；
Assist the management representative in formulating quality policies and objectives, establish，improve, and reversion the QMS documentations, and supervise the implementation;
2. 负责公司的体系文件管理，实现质量体系文件管理的标准化；
Be responsible for the management of QMS documents and realize the standardization of document management.
3. 负责实施公司质量及流程管理的审核，以及各类体系运行、监督、检查及持续改进。对各个部门体系运行的有效性，实时进行监控；
Be responsible for the audit of quality and process management, as well as the operation, supervision, inspection and continuous improvement of various systems. Monitor the effectiveness of the system operation of each department in real time.
4. 建立和健全内、外部质量信息反馈和处理系统，严格处理与质量体系标准不一致事项和不合格品的控制；
Establish and improve the internal and external quality information response system, and strictly deal with the matters which inconsistent with the QMS and the control of unqualified product.
5. 配合完成第二方（顾客）、第三方（认证公司）审核准备和陪同/组织审核工作；
Cooperate to complete the audit of the second party (customer) and the third party (certification company);
6. 负责跟踪验证内、外部审核不符合项的纠正/预防措施的制定和验证；
Be responsible for tracking and verifying the formulation and verification of corrective / preventive measures for internal and external audit.
7. 定期组织且实施公司质量审核并协助管理者代表进行管理评审工作。
Organize and implement the company's quality audit regularly and assist the management representative in management review.
8. 内审与管理评审的组织与协调，配合外审工作；负责组织过程审核和产品审核；
Organize and coordinate internal audit and management review and cooperate with external audit; Organize process audit and product audit.
9. 负责协助各个部门领导对质量管理体系文件进行修订。
Assist the leaders of each department to revise the QMS documents.
10. 负责对部门质量管理体系运行有关数据的统计、分析与反馈，负责对内审、管理评审不合格项的跟踪验证工作。
Be responsible for the statistics, analysis and feedback the data which are related to QMS, track and verify the nonconforming items in internal audit and management review.
11. 通过不断实施的流程优化，使公司体系持续改进
Improve the QMS through the continuous implementation of process optimization.

岗位需求：
1. Master ISO9001 system， IATF16949 and VDA6.3, rich experience in QMS construction. Understand quality management systems of the main OEMs, such as BIQS, Formel Q, Q1, etc.;
2. Understand the process of automotive products and be able to organize and guide the formulation and improvement of QMS documents.
3. The ability to audit and judge the whole process of internal quality system. Rich experience in internal and external audit of quality system and be able to organize audit.
4. Understand common quality tools，and have the certificate of VDA6.3，IATF16949 and internal auditor of QMS.
5. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in science and engineering related.
6. At least 5 years’ experience in quality management of automotive industrial.
7. Familiar with plastic injection process will be preferred.
8. English reading & writing ability, oral will be preferred.
